New Zealand is all set to tour England in the month of June to play two-match Test series, starting from 2nd June at Lords Cricket Ground in London.
Kane Williamson will lead New Zealand for the upcoming two-match series against England. The visitors have named their 20-man squad for the upcoming two-match series against England. Uncapped All-rounders Rachin Ravindra, Jacob Duffy and batsman Devon Conway are newest additions to the Test squad for the tour of England. All-rounder Colin de Grandhomme as been included in the Test squad as he is currently training hard to get fit in time for the inaugural World Test Championship final.
The likes of Will Young, Tom Blundell and Daryl Mitchell have managed to retain their place in the Test squad for this important series against England.
For England, premier players like Ben Stokes, Moeen Ali, Jos Buttler and Jofra Archer are unavailable for this two-match Test series. Ben Stokes is currently going through rehabilitation process as he is recovering from fractured finger suffered while playing for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
Despite missing this year’s IPL, pacer Jofra Archer has struggled with shoulder problems and once again experienced discomfort while playing for his county side in the English County Championship.
On the other hand, England have announced their 15-member squad for the home series against New Zealand. Joe Root-led unit will be looking to do well and turn their fortunes around in the five-day format.
Uncapped pacer Ollie Robinson and wicket-keeper batsman James Bracey are newest additions to England squad for New Zealand Test series. Sam Billings and Haseeb Hameed have added into the Test squad for the two-match series against New Zealand.
Hameed has shown excellent form with the bat for his county side in the ongoing English County Championship. Pacer Craig Everton has put in excellent bowling performances for his side in the English County Championship.
James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Mark Wood, Chris Woakes and Olly Stone are prominent pacers for the side for this two-match Test series.
