Pakistan ace pacer Wahab Riaz feels Yasir Shah will hold key to Pakistan doing well in Australia

Pakistan ace pacer Wahab Riaz feels that spinner Yasir Shah will be key man for Pakistan in the upcoming three match test series against Australia. The first game will be played at Gabba, Brisbane on 15th December.

Shah is currently undergoing recovery after sustaining a back injury during the practice session for the game against Cricket Australia XI.It will be uphill battle for him to regain full fitness ahead of the first test at Brisbane against Australia. Riaz said that the leggie is recovering well and he hopes that he will get fit in time for the opening day night test at the Gabba.Riaz also stressed that the Pakistan has the fast bowling arsenal at their disposal to rattle Australia in conditions that offer pace and bounce. He said that Sohail Khan, Rahat Ali, Imran Khan and Mohammad Amir have all performed well when given opportunity to play for Pakistan this year. He said that the bowling department has variety and firepower to cause problems to Australian batsmen in the test series.

It will be interesting to see how Pakistan bowling unit performs in Australia as surfaces seem to have lost their zip over the last couple of years.
