India, West Indies lock horns in series decider in Mumbai

Host India and West Indies will battle it out in the third and final game of three-match T20I series to be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday.

After suffering a comprehensive defeat in the second T20I of the series, there is some added pressure on Captain Virat Kohli to produce a strong show in this series finale.

Come Wednesday, India will be looking to clinch the T20I series against West Indies at Wankhede Stadium.

The top three of Rohit Sharma, Lokesh Rahul and Virat Kohli will be expected to provide platform for the likes of Shivam Dube and Rishabh Pant to capitalize in the later stages in the innings.

In the bowling department, the likes of Deepak Chahar, Yuzvendra Chahal and Washington Sundar to make crucial breakthroughs. Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravendra Jadeja bowled well in the previous game played against West Indies at Thiruvananthapuram.

For West Indies, things look smooth after an impressive outing in the previous game of the T20I series and there are not many changes expected for this series finale.

The top three of Lendl Simmons, Shimron Hetymer and Evin Lewis are expected to provide platform for the likes Kieron Pollard and Nicholas Pooran to provide big runs in the last stages of the innings.

However, in the bowling department, Sheldon Cottrell, Kesrick Williams and Hayden Walsh will be expected to make crucial breakthroughs for West Indies in this series decider. Kesrick Williams, Sheldon Cottrell and Hayden Walsh delivered excellent bowling performances in the previous game. The bowling trio conceded less seven runs an over and kept Indian batsmen in check for the most par of their innings.

The pitch prepared for Wankhede Stadium is expected to be full of runs for the batsmen, while weather condition is expected to be fair for this game.
